— Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "988wib," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the 988wib online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://988wib.net and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "You," "Member," or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 988wib or is accessing the 988wib platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account opened by a Member upon successful registration with 988wib, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions made available by 988wib, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other entertainment or wagering services offered through the platform from time to time.
• "Funds" refers to the balance of Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a Member's 988wib account wallet, including deposited amounts, bonus credits, and any winnings that have been credited.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's account as part of a 988wib promotional campaign, subject to individual promotion terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of account management features provided by 988wib including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to the actions and behaviours listed in Section 10 of these Terms, which are expressly forbidden for all 988wib Members.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a 988wib account, accessing the 988wib platform in any capacity, placing a bet or wager, claiming a bonus, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents, including the 988wib Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

988wib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 988wib platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable. 988wib enforces the 21+ age restriction as both a platform policy and a responsible gaming commitment.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a 988wib employee or contractor whose role includes access to game systems, odds setting, or financial processing.
• You do not have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place with 988wib. If you have previously self-excluded from 988wib and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to access the platform.
• Your use of the 988wib platform is for personal, recreational entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 988wib services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply to all 988wib accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 988wib account at any time. Multiple accounts per individual — regardless of the reason for creation — are prohibited. 988wib uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and will act on any identified duplicates in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
• Accuracy of information: All registration information — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any financial account details — must be accurate, current, and your own. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Pakistani mobile number: A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration and for receiving OTP codes for login, withdrawals, and security changes. This number must be registered in your own name.
• KYC compliance: 988wib is required by its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC processes, which may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal processing may be withheld until KYC is completed to the satisfaction of the 988wib compliance team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 988wib login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply to all Members:

• You must not share your 988wib login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not access another Member's 988wib account, whether with or without that person's consent.
• You must notify 988wib's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• 988wib will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from 988wib requesting your password is fraudulent.
• All activity conducted through your 988wib account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. 988wib is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security, except where the breach is attributable to a fault in 988wib's own systems.

988wib recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their account security settings. 988wib also recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account, and logging out fully from any shared or non-personal device after each session.

Deposits & Payments

988wib accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however 988wib reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts for compliance or responsible gaming reasons.
• Payment method ownership: All payment methods used to deposit into a 988wib account must be registered in the verified name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your 988wib account balance instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically credit within five to ten minutes during normal banking hours. USDT deposits are credited following on-chain confirmation, typically within ten minutes.
• No fees: 988wib does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider on their end are outside 988wib's control and are not reimbursable.
• Currency: All 988wib account balances are maintained in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

Withdrawals

988wib processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until the account's KYC verification is complete. This is a licensing compliance requirement and applies to all Members regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed the same day the request is submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one working day. Processing times may extend during public holidays or periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.
• No fees: 988wib does not deduct fees from standard withdrawal amounts. The figure displayed as your withdrawal request is the figure that arrives in your payment account.
• Bonus funds: Bonus credit is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Winnings generated by bonus wagers may become withdrawable real-money funds once wagering conditions are satisfied, in accordance with the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
• Right to review: 988wib reserves the right to delay and review any withdrawal request that triggers internal fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming alerts. During such reviews, 988wib will communicate with the Member and aim to resolve the matter within five working days.

Bonuses & Promotions

988wib offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash unless the stated wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable).
• Eligible games: Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games as specified per promotion. Sports bets, live casino games, and slot games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward a wagering requirement. Contribution percentages are stated per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonus credit and its wagering requirement must be completed within the stated time limit. Upon expiry of the time limit, unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: 988wib reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts if it determines — acting reasonably — that a Member is exploiting the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. This includes but is not limited to systematic matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 988wib platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market selected. All casino and arcade game sessions are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bet placement: A bet is confirmed once the platform has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. Bets confirmed in error — including those resulting from a manifest technical error in displayed odds or game outcomes — may be voided by 988wib at its discretion, with the original stake returned to the Member's account.
• Manifest errors: 988wib reserves the right to correct and/or void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (e.g., odds published at a mathematically impossible price due to a data feed error). In such cases, 988wib will notify affected Members and return stakes.
• Disrupted events: In the event that a sporting event is suspended, postponed, cancelled, or otherwise does not conclude under conditions that allow bet settlement, 988wib will apply industry-standard void and settlement rules specific to the relevant sport.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction in a casino or arcade game, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned. Completed game rounds that settled correctly prior to any malfunction remain valid and final.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed per market and per game within the platform. 988wib reserves the right to adjust individual Member stake limits for responsible gaming or commercial reasons.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wib platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account with 988wib, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point in your interaction with 988wib.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the 988wib platform, including for bet placement, odds monitoring, or game play.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the 988wib platform in order to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or game in a manner that distorts the integrity of betting markets.
• Using the 988wib platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation from 988wib's compliance team.
• Accessing the 988wib platform if you are self-excluded or if your account has been suspended or closed by 988wib.
• Accessing the 988wib platform if you are under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

988wib is committed to responsible gaming and to providing a gambling environment that is safe, fair, and transparent for all Members. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 988wib accounts:

• Self-assessment: 988wib encourages all Members to periodically review their gambling activity and assess whether their play remains within recreational, affordable limits.
• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Members may set loss limits over specified periods. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session time limits: Members may set reminders or hard session time limits to automatically log them out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, access to the 988wib account is suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed early.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from 988wib may request self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting 988wib support. Self-exclusion requests for a minimum of six months up to permanent exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of the request. Once self-excluded, 988wib will take all reasonable steps to ensure the Member cannot access the platform, including suspension of marketing communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 988wib platform — including but not limited to the 988wib brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, text content, graphics, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 988wib or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 988wib platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 988wib content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 988wib content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the 988wib platform.
• Use the 988wib brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent from 988wib.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wib's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the 988wib platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Member's account at the time of the relevant claim.

988wib is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the 988wib platform.
• Any interruption in service caused by circumstances outside 988wib's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, telecommunications failures, power cuts, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Any loss arising from your disclosure of your account credentials to a third party or your failure to maintain account security in accordance with these Terms.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays that are outside the direct control of 988wib's technical team.

Nothing in these Terms limits 988wib's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Account Closure

988wib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member has engaged in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 988wib's compliance team.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• 988wib has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate account belonging to an existing 988wib Member.
• Continued account operation would place 988wib in breach of its licensing obligations or applicable laws.

In cases of account closure not attributable to Member misconduct — for example, where 988wib ceases operations in a particular market — verified real-money funds will be returned to the Member via the payment method on record within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Where closure is attributable to Member misconduct, 988wib reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation or permanently forfeit funds where confirmed misconduct has occurred and the international licensing authority's applicable rules so permit.

Amendments to These Terms

988wib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 988wib will notify registered Members via the contact details on record — typically by SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number or via a prominent notice on the platform at the time of next login.

The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 988wib platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure and fund return.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable under 988wib's international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and 988wib arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: You should first contact 988wib's support team via live chat or email to describe the dispute. The 988wib support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally within five working days.
2. Formal complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to 988wib via [email protected]. 988wib will acknowledge formal complaints within two working days and aim to provide a final response within 14 working days.
3. Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following 988wib's final response, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 988wib's licensing authority. Details of this process will be provided in the final response letter.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
